Overall reasonably priced and great hotel, I didn't feel like leaving.

The rooms were soundproof, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven, I liked it.

The room at K Stay Guesthouse Myeongdong First was absolutely perfect for me! It had air conditioning, a cozy seating area, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a shower was a great convenience. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the bunk bed in the twin room. However, others might find it fun and unique.

Easy access to famous areas and markets. Comfortable and safe, near food street and shopping. Clean rooms, tea facilities, hot water, and fresh towels. Nearby subway station and convenient for commuting.

During our stay at the guesthouse, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. The location was also fantastic, with Myeongdong shopping street just a 2-minute walk away. I want to express my gratitude to one staff member who went above and beyond to help us find the guesthouse and even carried our heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the manager for quickly addressing our concerns and allowing us to change rooms when our neighbor was noisy. Location: the hotel was really close to train station and bus airport, shops and street food and subway and market. The service we got was GOOD.

The room was good-sized with very comfy beds. It was in an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location near Namsangol Hanok Village.

Value for money was great and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was exceptional, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and Myeongdong street. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Special shoutout to Mark who helped solve my problems and the lady staff who greeted me with a smile. The added bonus of having a washing machine available for use was a plus.

The breakfast could use some improvement in terms of the variety of items offered.

Free community area with water dispenser, utensils, and coffee. Value for money with included breakfast. Helpful hotel managers and staff. Will definitely recommend to friends.

it was surely a fine stay for travellers who will be going out all the time. everything there was perfectly fine and the staff were caring. location: the hotel was just next door to easy to access nearby famous area like myongdong, shop, and shopping district. the place was near chowon house, where you can have dinner. the food was fine and delicious, included coffee, tea, toast and jam.

I had a fine experience here, everything was fine, the location was incredible short walk to train stations, halal restaurant, and myeongdong shopping street and halal restaurant. I loved the room, the bed was extremely comfy. There was variety of fine meals. All the services where good. Need to point that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They spoke good English, which made communication easy. The location was perfect, being close to the subway station and within the shopping area. It was so convenient to come and go, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved that we could leave our luggage before and after check-in. a great experience!

The room had a damp and moldy smell, which wasn't pleasant. The bedding and towels were clean but stained, which was a bit disappointing.
